Well it’s been a while since I did a full picture update. Last night was (back by popular demand) Monday Meals w/ Matt.

As those of you that follow my twitter know, we went Asian-style.

Egg Rolls, Mu-shu Chicken and Chicken/Vegetable Fried Rice….very simple, very good!
